All orders are confirmed through a phone call and/or email so please ensure that you give us your active contact information while placing your order and this information must remain active until you receive your order.
For priority orders, please call at the given number or email us at email@example.com or at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning ‘Priority Request’ in the subject line. Please note that we may charge for your priority services depending upon the nature of your order or your geographical location. Priority orders are sent through Express Shipping.
Delivery will be to Pakistan or international address or a store specified in your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbour, or returned to depot.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside Pakistan. Zahra Ahmad reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Payment - Purchases will be made in US Dollar or Pak Rupees. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

If your shipping location is not listed on our website the please call our customer services number. If the shipper does not deliver to your location then we shall communicate this to you as soon as possible.
Shipping charges are calculated on per product weight basis and vary between countries. You will be charged an amount for your order which is our best estimate and you will review this amount before placing the order. The final delivery charges will be calculated upon actual dispatch and if they are ‘significantly’ different from that shown to you earlier, we shall communicate to you, the refundable or chargeable amount before shipping the order. By significantly, we mean more than 20% of the estimated delivery charges.
We use appropriate shipping carriers depending upon the transaction. Usually, all domestic shipments are processed through TCS whereas all international are processed through either DHL or FedEx.
A shipment delivery time through DHL is usually 3 - 5 working days from the date of dispatch. We deliver on time except when there is a delay from the shipper. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control including that due to the shipper or due to unforeseen events. We shall however, notify you if and whenever we are aware of any delays in your order.
Please note that standard shipping costs and delivery times may vary slightly at occasions and holidays as well as when there’s a promotion. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
Express Shipping is available subject receipt of order between Monday to Thursday.
Payments processed through an international processor are subject to excess charges due to currency fluctuations.
Zahra Ahmad products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or customs duty prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery. We do not have any control over these charges and we cannot predict what they may be for you. These vary widely from country to country and on per order basis.
We do not share any information about you or your product with anyone except when necessitated to complete the delivery or requested by regulatory authorities. Please be also aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by importing regulatory authorities.
