Returns and Exchanges

This section is applicable to online purchases only.

Please note that we have a ‘No Exchange - No Return – No Refund’ policy.

Exchanges are applicable in following cases:

  • where a product is faulty / damaged;
  • different from the original order. Please note that this does not include color differences because colors appear differently in varying lighting conditions such as studio lighting and are also represented differently on different monitors/screens.

We do not return or exchange products which have stains, emit body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks or similar damages. Only those products are processed which have the product tags intact.

Products purchased on discount or during sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any exchange offered is subject to full payment of shipping and handling charges for both sides. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

All disputes are handled on case to case basis. Where an exchange is due but cannot be processed due to any reason (i.e. high costs of exchange, shipping/handling costs, availability of stock etc), we may offer you alternates after consulting with you. We make every effort to be fair to both parties and expect the same.

We have a No Refund policy. However where an order is cancelled or where it cannot be processed due to any reasons and a payment is due; we will issue you a coupon or store credit that you can use for your next purchase.

All valid exchange and refund requests can be raised through email to sales@zahraahmad.com or support@zahraahmad.com or by calling us at the given phone number (active from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pakistan time) within 7 days of the date of original order.

We do not process payments in cash. Payments will only be processed through a valid payment systems after consultation with you. These systems may be Bank Transfer, Money Transfers or card reversals.

Your right to cancel

Orders of ready stock are processed within 24 hours. Therefore, you can cancel your order at any time before midnight on the same day on which you placed the order.

Please note that we may also cancel your order for any reasons which include: out of stock items, pricing / charges issue, technical errors.

All orders placed through online system go through a fraud status check. If the fraud check fails, the order is cancelled automatically. Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled by phone before they are dispatched.
